Done it before. Not that big of a deal. Been in the tuning car world for 18 years. Stretched them on my Audi TT, my S13 and I would have done it on my S14 if I would have had the money at the time.
I am surprised this is such a big deal for you. You have an S14 in your avatar. With stretched tires. It isn't like this is something new or unique. It was being done long before people started this internet trend of "this tire is BETTER for stretching than that tire". I am pretty sure there hasn't been a tire manufacturer yet that has made a tire to stretch better.
I do wonder where this econo tire crap came from. They aren't Prius tires. They are an OPTION on the Prius. They are just a tire that is sold to the general public. A tire that is used on the Audi a6 and similar cars.
Again I don't care what your opinion is and I have nothing better to do but keep going round and round and round with you about it. Cause again...I DON'T CARE what your opinion is.
And there are quite a few topics on here where other people have done the exact same thing. I have yet to see the thread that "I blew my stock tires cause of stress".
