If you inject pre supercharger you:

1. Can inject 3-4 times as much as the rotors further help to atomize the fluid and the rotors actually take up a fair bit of fluid as they have large surface area compared to centri compressors on turbo and centri sc.

2. You cool off the hot rotors significantly increasing their efficiency (heat kills efficiency)

3. You soft-seal the rotors to each other allowing them to be more efficient at producing boost. You can typically gain up to 1-2 psi depending on application whereas with an intercooler you typically lose psi due to pressure drop across the intercooler.

* It allowed 3 degrees of timing advance among other things. This is with the smaller nozzle (5gph 313cc/min) supplied with the kit. Will test the larger nozzle (7gph 440cc/min) down the road with a progressive MAF based controller.
Is yours e intercooled version? I bought an AEM kit just for this but when mentioned to Sprintex the engineer said he would be concerned with the laminova (spelling) intercooler it may cause the water/meth particles to condensate and cause pooling in the manifold ect. Have you checked to see if this is happening?
