A third option is still being worked on but should be available soon enough, the Innovate/Sprintex twin-screw. This is a positive displacement configuration that will bring the boost on much sooner than a centrifugal. In theory, these give you more power lower in the RPM range whereas the centrifugals will give it to you higher in the range.
Without any other mods, all of these kits will give you somewhere around 240-250WHP at peak, the twin-screw will give you more of that low-end torque that you're looking for.
