Five Axis is at a unique stage of growth as a company. The business model that has been Five Axis' core competency still remains: providing innovative design and fabrication services for OEM manufacturers for concept and show vehicle development. Amidst maintaining focus on these services to clients such as Scion, Lexus and other OEMs, we have transitioned this innovative approach to automotive design into the FIVE:AD product line. FIVE:AD has progressively grown and become a large part of Five Axis as a whole, with this summer bringing us to a new level of demand.

With the launch of the FIVE:AD products we developed for the Scion FR-S we encountered an influx of orders and attention that overwhelmed our current system. We worked quickly to respond efficiently from both a production and customer service perspective. Needless to say, regardless of effort, in some areas we fell behind. We sincerely apologize to those who were left waiting longer than expected for parts or left wanting information they were seeking for their orders. We can say that we have caught up with production demands and are working to build out our customer service channels to ensure that we stay out in front of future needs from both dealers and consumers.

Product sales are a new component to our business and we are going through the standard growing pains and adjusting where needed. We have gone from managing a handful of clients/customers to thousands in just a few months time. We are confident that the time we invested to ensure quality of our product will be worth it to both consumers and dealers in the long run, but we recognize that these efforts must be combined with sound customer service. In the ways we let some of you down in our communication with dealers regarding your orders, we sincerely apologize.

We hope that despite our growing pains, the FIVE:AD products you have ordered fulfill your expectations of Five Axis. We also want to let all of you know that we are available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly at info@fivead.net. We have made it a point to be as accessible as possible to those who contacted us throughout the summer, going so far as to call many of you directly with order updates.

We sincerely thank those of you who have been fans of Five Axis concept and show vehicles over the years and now support us through purchasing FIVE:AD products. Again, if anyone has any questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact us directly either at info@fivead.net or via the Contact Us button at www.fivead.net.

Thank you again for your support of Five Axis and FIVE:AD, for your patience as we navigate new ground for our company, and we look forward to seeing more and more vehicles equipped with FIVE:AD products.
The thanks button is not enough. You guys deserve an extra thanks for taking the time to write this. I'm believe your company will grow, and learn from this. It was entirely unexpected, just like the response to this new platform. Business is booming, and being busy/slammed is NEVER a bad thing.
