Nah on coilovers it doesn't feel sluggish at all, just make sure to get a proper alignment and dial in your negative camber. The car feels more planted than stock but in a good way.

Yeah lower offset pushes the wheel out toward the fender, I would probably pick a different wheel rather than running spacers for sure. I'm lowered about 2" or more and have no rubbing lock to lock....
