The wing is easily removed. As far as the holes not so easy to deal with if you are unwilling to repaint the trunk. One option is the Verus duck tail spoiler. It actually does function.

Corrosion there is no issue. It is if it is inside the calipers that is different. I would clean it up, treat it and move on.

You should be ok. Everything in the engine compartment should be IP65 or greater. I personally do not cover anything when cleaning my engine but do not use a pressure washer.
