Absolutely a myth. At some point the VVT would be sluggish or get CEL maybe. That's if say an 0w-40 in cold temps. On the track it be thin enough to be fine. Remember the WRX is essential the same...

+1 on what he said the PTE kinda sucks but its also kinda ok it you want to save some $$. I do have a "bigger" 5431. Boost threshold is about 3k or so. 4k its full boost in any gear except maybe 1st....

Yes but not at that trap speed. I was 97 NA on e85. Sure I can run drag radials and dump the clutch but I don't wanna lol.

The kit is more torque than anything top end is lackluster.

WM injection is also a lot cheaper than FF up front. Probably about 50% cheaper as you need FF kit + injectors + fuel pump to run e85.

With the longer drain intervals its not the TBN to worry about it the oil shearing too low or out of grade. The OP's shows 6.5 cst which is on the low side on a 20wt. That's way too thin IMO.

Recently installed a JDL turbo kit. The tial wastegate has the 8.5 psi spring with no boost control. However during ecutek street tuning boost would only hit 7.x psi and then taper to 4.x psi up top....
