I'm guessing the track width for the brochure is probably measured in the CAD models. You certainly can get a nominal measurement that is way more precise than 1 mm.

A 5mm spacer should give approximately 0.9 degrees of extra camber (i.e. acos(5mm/12.5inch)=89.1 degree).
