I've been using Google Play for a few years now, its brilliant. It streams all my music(all of it originally FLAC) at 320Kpbs, so it still sounds really good.

When playing audio over my phone, all in 320KBps or Flac quality, there is some noticable crackling. Same thing happens with HD radio. When I play over AUX though there is no issue. Any suggestions?...

Apparantly you can get USB audio working with a Micro II, which is pretty cheap, but still much better than the onboard realtek dac.

Nexus 7 and most other android phones have a GPS antenna built in, so you don't need that thing. Just get Sygic or cache the google maps, and you don't need anything else.
