I'm trialling a slightly smaller pulley on our dev car spins about 10% faster so boost is up to 0.6Bar up from 0.5Bar
not had it on the dyno but scaling power...

so a setup with 55°-60C ( 130-140°F) will not tolerate the same amount of spark advance as a setup...

so at most they can delivery is 2.4Bar absolute or 20 psi of boost (gauge)
and this isn't enough for 550Bhp...

sorry but 20 psi is quite a lot of boost E85 or not and there's not a manufacturer out there running CR over 11:1 on a boosted engine
drop the ratio to 10.5:1 and you'll have far more headroom...

the gallery temp ( where the sensor is ) will be hotter than the sump
so take 10 degrees off to get the sump / oil pan temperature...

as you won't be on the limit of the standard parts just yet

seems a bit heavy to me I'd say the trans is probably a bit heavier than that

most 4 cylinders are in the 140Kg 300lb area

do you have the actual hole sizes between the two parts? as I wonder how much of the oil pressure loss at high rpm is down to leakage ?
I'm assuming that the later part has the smaller hole ?
