15k service, at Expressway in Dorchester MA, service guy said that the car's oil is different? And that it is not due for another 4k, but the sticker says 15k....?

Just hit 5k, complimentary oil change, actually feels more responsive now.
What does the complimentary service consist of? Thought it also included wheel balance, ## point inspection and etc.

The back ones are going to be a pain, might ask the mechanic to install for me when I get other stuff for my car, CF hood, wing, exhaust, etc.
