Ok so I'm stuck I'm trying to see if 18x9.5 + 40...

Ok so I'm stuck I'm trying to see if 18x9.5 + 40 will fit all around on a stock suspension and if not what exactly I need to make them fit! I know nothing about aftermarket wheels =[ help?
