What does it mean when advance multiplier increases?

So my standard advance multiplier on ecutek is set at .7, however yesterday on the highway it went to .74. I know that dropping on adv multiplier is pulling timing so does increasing it by .04...

Does anyone know if the buddyclub rails fit sparco seats(rev 2, pro 2k ii)?

I know some make the buddyclub fit bride seats but sparco rails are so expensive.
