Anything over ~6k is into the 2hz+ natural frequency range, which is where you should have aero on your car. So under 6k is good imo.

FWIW I'd recommend RCE Yellows. They match the stock dampers better than any other lowering spring I've seen. You can take them to a shop if you don't want to put them in yourself.
