How bad were the floods up there? Some FR-S are going for low but were involved with the flooding, specifically Yorkville, near Utica, NY. On a second note, would you buy a flooded car?

Just want to say thanks to all who replied! Seems as though the general consensus is split in 3, buy the FR-S for entertainment, buy the WRX for functionality, or buy a used for financial reasons.
