Don't think that your wheel and tire combo should rub anything. I ran those same sized tires on 18x8.5 +35 wheels without any rubbing on stock suspension and lowered on RCE Yellow springs

For comparison I'm currently on 245/35/18 on the same size wheels as you mention, 18x9.5 +38, lowered on RCE...

As far as your fitment is concerned, I have similar wheel specs at 18x9.5 with a +35 offset on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and clearance is pretty tight...

If you plan on doing a full exhaust, aka header, overpipe, front pipe, and catback/axleback down the road I wouldn't look for a loud exhaust. But that's just me, if you like the super loud sounds...
