I had OEM toe arm slip at autocross last year. Probably due to the tech not torquing it properly after adjustment.

SPC toe arms are cheap and offer more range of adjustment.

My guess is the wrong lubricant is being used. An oil based brake lube will cause the bushing to swell and bind up the guide pin.
You need a silicone based lubricant like sil-glyde

If you find something that fits a 2017 it fits the 2013 too.
