Changing manifold/ header to decated one + remap will eliminate torque dip and will add about 15-20 hp (depending on tune and what you have for starters). This is definitely worthwhile and in the UK...

You need to consider the fact that most racing harnesses require seats that will not fold in case of major accident, and I am not convinced...

Either should be fine for clearance, but if you plan to track I would suggest As as you can adjust dampening. Makes quite a difference on some corners.

Some roads here absolutely horrible, pothole after pothole and speed...
