My DD setup(also my autoX) is -3.4 camber with a little toe out and tire wear is perfect. Just lower it...

He'll, you can get up to a 245/40 on the stock wheel.. But that said a 225/45 isn't that much more and doesn't mess with the speedo that much.

I'm currently on 225/45 on a 17x8 wheel for DD.

Nope. Camber doesn't really effect wear.. Toe eats tires. I'm running -3.4 autoX setup and I still daily the car.. Wear is even across multiple sets of tires now.

I'm daily driving on a set of 225/45 Bridgestone S-04 PP. They are about 85% of the PSS in wet grip, maybe 70% dry grip for about 50% of the price.

The quicker turn in of the 245 makes up for the added grip of the 255

When you buy wheels years before the bbk, but looked into Fitment back then.. That's winning.

I've got two sets of RE71s.. First set 220 runs-down to 1/32, 2/32 but probally still would have a few locals in them.

Second set is 5% faster and about 100 runs. Both sets were flipped around...

e85 was banned from ST classes a few years...

Upgrade brakes, most BBKs are less weight. Battery saves 20lbs plus. Empty trunk and less gas. But anything else really guts the "daily driver part"
