Probably so, I ran the wheels/tires for a couple weeks with some 3mm spacers up front on stock suspension and didn't have any rubbing. It pokes a little bit out the top without negative camber.

they're 245/40/R17 Sumitomo HTR A/S P03 tires, fairly happy with them so far. maybe not as grippy as the narrower pilots but they won't crack or be dangerous in low temps. It's on the narrower side...

It would definitely look better with -2.0 degrees to tuck the wheel into the fender...
