The GRC was delayed a year because Akio had a issue with the weight. During the reveal in Japan they talked about some of the setbacks the car had compared to the Yaris.

They already confirmed it will be. But the most iconic things about the LFA is the engine sound and materials. It’ll just be another fast ev essentially with a different design setting it apart.
