Be handy if you knew someone with a 2017+ so you could go for a ride and see if the difference is worth the effort to swap suspension components.

Ok. The difference between 71*- ambient... and 108* is about 4 table spoons of fluid.
So....really, getting the correct temp range...really doesn't matter.

So I took the overflow bolt out and about 1/2 litre of ATF comes out. Wasn't expecting that.
Drivetrain cold. Hadn't run since the day before.
Normal? Or just overfilled from the factory.

Replaced both front calipers. Both had the lower piston siezed. Upper was fine. Fluid did not look contaminated.

The DIY's on this site were very helpful, having never replaced a strut before. Especially explaining how a spring compressor is...

No idea. If it was simply expansion of the oil, it would have been simple to alter the overflow tube to a suitable cold fluid height. The oil is going to expand the same % every time.

Upon inspection the pass rear strut is very wet/leaking. Good chance it's the cause? Even if it's not the strut is shot. Being a 2013, I figure it's time...

Clunking noise

Over bumps in the road, the rear makes a clunking noise. Nothing in the trunk. It's not the exhaust. Am I likely looking at replacing the rear struts?
