Its likely possible to flash with techstream, i have not done it...

It was a combination of the incorrect setting in ecu that disabled transient retard over 5000 rpm if you shifted ant higher rpm amd had poor quality fuel

Your car doesnt not have the latest ECU firmware ZA1J700G is and old version and was unpdated specificly for cam and idle issues your car should be running ZA1JA01G thats 3 revisions up on 700G there...
