I get this somewhat often too, albeit only during the first few drives from a reflash. Not sure what the issue was but once the idle has been fully learned it would never happen again.

Personally I think it may not make any difference, given that the stock thermostat is fully open at 95C - which basically means your thermostat is already fully opened to the radiator at the temps...
