Nah, don't bother disconnecting the battery unless you need to for some other reason. You'll reset the ECU and will have a couple days of shitty throttle response on top of a dead window.

Just had an inspection done a couple of weeks ago. When talking to service writer he said they don't check emissions for first three years, because it is assumed everything is new and working order....

My 2002 WRX wagon with a sti swap running 450hp has a ACT prolight flywheel and stage 3 clutch.... so I think i'll be okay.

Right now mods are,

Perrin light weight crank pulley
Perrin silicone...
