I changed the PCV and it worked :) all the blue smoke are gone. Also make sure not to overfill engine oil :)

Also changed to AMSOIL SN+ oil per a reputable vendor here as they told me Low-Speed Pre-Ignition may be one of the factors cause the knocking.

+1 on this, I added Boostane (Octane Booster) with sucky BC, Canada Cheveron 94 still have knock. Tried mode 1 and mode 2 as well.
