I shift at 2500 rpm when the engine is cold with no lugging. At least in the first couple gears. It's not just RPM its load.

Anywho the OP ended up saying 3900 rpm.

Good lesson to be learned...

Spun bearings are far more common than broken rods. Caused by oil starvation and/or lack of maintenance.

Especially under 300whp.

I think 200k is reasonable assuming you don't beat it on every chance you get and keep on top of your maintenance. which isn't a lot with these cars which is great.

You'll need paint protection film for that. I wish i had done it on this car especially the front end, it's so sandblasted after 5 years and 60k...
