The bar being slightly shifted won't be doing anything to the camber. You could probably use new bushings, but I also don't think it was damaged by the alignment either.

More front camber than rear is more for grip balance than anything, the camber gain on the rear is much better so it'll shift the grip balance rearwards as the grip loads up the suspension.

You're thinking 2017+

For 2015/2016 the only difference is the coil pack plugs. Run the coil packs that came in the car and it'll be fine, no need for a different tune or anything else.

2017+...
