be very careful, but you can use a heat gun as well to get rid of scuffs and scratches. I use it here in the Lexus plant that I work in.

Don't be alarmed but the belt will stretch some. I've adjusted mine a couple times now, just a half turn off the adjuster each time

C38 is fine with proper tuning. Nice thing with it is that there is almost no boost below 3k. This I feel puts much less wear and tear on the motor for this of us that are daily drivers.

High boost pulley on c38 is probably a big no no without a built motor. Reg pulley on c38 is more than enough with injectors and tuning.

I started out with using recommended measurements, frequency, etc. Now I just snug enough so that I don't get belt slap at low rpm and call it good.

I doubt I'm on an obsolete base map. I'm using the moto East tune. In my head at least I'm thinking to do a pull it would be best to simulate a dyno... ie smooth, no tc interruption
