On a OS diff, I'd recommend only OS fluid, unless you have a customized diff and your builder says otherwise.

Beneficial? absolutely. Worth it? Hard to say. It's subjective on the worth it end.

I would personally get a LSD before coilovers.

OS Giken LSDs are meant to last the life of the car.
