There's an AM/FM antenna amplifier that's on pin 8 of the 10-pin connector. This pin needs to have 12v on it from the blue wire on Pioneer or you won't get AM/FM reception.

Did you check to see if there's 12V on the 12V constant and 12V switched (red on Metra Harness) wires? Perhaps one of the main fuses that connects to the nav unit is blown?
