Sounds like a dead battery. Charge it up and try to start the car again. If that's the case then there is an electrical draw somewhere that is draining it.

Heard that too but another person said the water goes where their air filter is. Solution was to get an air filter waterproof wrap or something but I believe that restricts airflow to the filter....
