I just looked at the idler pulley and took it off...

I just looked at the idler pulley and took it off and everything looks fine it shakes a little bit when the car is running but other than that the bearing looks no and has no squealing coming from it...

Starts after a couple seconds on start up, Goes away for the most part when on throttle, comes back off throttle. only between ab 500-1000 rpm. The car is tuned if that has anything that may play in....

Thank you, it definitely makes sense figuring my clockspring is completely gone and the steering angle sensor is just hanging so its getting no input at all.
