There are even some dynojet dynos that read really low because of heavier 5,000lbs rollers. It is best to look at the percentage of increase instead of overall numbers. Just my thoughts.

I see no reason why it wouldn't. You're just going to come against the same problem that everyone else has, and that is getting it to match up with a smaller diameter over pipe.

I have had mine on since July of last year, and I have had no problems. Actually, I have been quite pleased with it. No torque dip. Even power band all the way up, and almost 200whp without E85.
