Other issues are solved with other TSBs. Why you're waiting to get some of these things fixed is kind of stupid.

OEM car HIDs are always 4300K, 35W. In the rare case it's not 4300K, it's 5000K (Osram CBI bulbs, Philips CM bulbs), 35W.

If you really want to make your light output worse, get higher Kelvin...
