I had a rebuild done and got a fresh tune. When i start and drive the car the VVT never engages. I also have no values regarding vvt, OCV etc except i do get some values in the VVT exhaust and retard...

Would bad ECU cause VVT to not engage?

I cant get the VVT to come on in my car even after a fresh reflash. Its not throwing any codes but the VVT wont kick on in the log screen. Any help would be appreciated.
