So the setup would be 18x8 +35mm and 225/35 most likely rn. How do I know how low to set the coilovers or are they un-adjustable?

So this is my first time dealing with anything wheel fitment related, and I was just curious to see if this setup would work? Is there anything specific I should know about?

Wheels are 18x9.5...
