Ah! Thanks! I didn't realize that the upper bolt is a shoulder bolt. I'll have to pull upper bolt for more camber.

In my opinion the break in period on modern cars is subjective. I'm good to taking it to the track with ~800 miles on the odometer after 1st oil change.
