Yes. And road noise doesn't bother me. My daily is a 77 f100 and my mustang has a pretty loud exhaust. Not to mention my job and playing in a rock band has left me with pretty poor hearing

Also yes I plan to modify it if I get one. My only complaint with the power actually isn't that it doesn't have enough, it's mostly that it doesn't have much down low. Which can be worked around....
