I just realized I never posted anything about header design. A while back I contacted Burns Stainless and got some header design input from an engineer using their X-Design software. Turns out that the ideal runner lengths, primary, and secondary tube diameters for the twin scroll turbo header matched something that was already on the market. So I saved myself some time and just bought the 4-2-1 header from @AceHeader-MT. This weekend I was able to finally get the new overripe built. I ran out of argon so its only tacked but the big chunk of the work is complete. Extremely tight but it fits.

This is awesome. How come you deviated from your goal of not cutting the crash beam? Looks like you got a thick Treadstone intercooler. Love the washer fluid reservoir. Just enough where you need some in the california weather but not too much.
