Man, I would have paid good money for something like that (I relocated my oil cooler there. I ended up getting the ptuning washer fluid tank but this design is so much more compact!

I just realized I never posted anything about header design. A while back I contacted Burns Stainless and got some header design input from an engineer using their X-Design software. Turns out that the ideal runner lengths, primary, and secondary tube diameters for the twin scroll turbo header matched something that was already on the market. So I saved myself some time and just bought the 4-2-1 header from @AceHeader-MT. This weekend I was able to finally get the new overripe built. I ran out of argon so its only tacked but the big chunk of the work is complete. Extremely tight but it fits.

This is awesome. How come you deviated from your goal of not cutting the crash beam? Looks like you got a thick Treadstone intercooler. Love the washer fluid reservoir. Just enough where you need some in the california weather but not too much.

I realized that cutting the crash beam was going to be inevitable to fit what I have planned for ducting anyways. I would still like to try the smaller Garrett core in the future but I've been somewhat trying to minimize parts I have to fab to get this thing up and running. This treadstone core is custom but it was still pretty cheap and easy to get quickly. The Garrett core alone is more than twice the price of this intercooler. Those things aren't cheap. Plus now I'll have a baseline intercooler to compare to when I do make the switch!

Yes, have plenty of pics! No plans to sell anything. Not sure there is anyone who would buy a kit like this anyways since everything is custom fit and requires a ton of specific supporting mods. Even in kit form something like this would be for the racer that doesn't care about throwing parts away (AC) or trimming parts of the body (crash beam, hood latch support, RHD steering rack mount).

The -6 is the turbo sump vent and the two -8s are the crankcase vents. PCV is deleted.
