My 2013 FRS on the dyno (stock pulls)

Before I get my bolt-ons and tune installed, I got the car on a dyno for some baseline pulls. Pretty happy with the numbers actually.

My build thread is here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96080

Great video. Very clear and professional in terms of presentation. Looking forward to seeing your build.

Well done! I'll be curious to see what you do and where your results go from here. Sub'd.

Nice, I got my FR-S dynoed before I did any mods as well. Gives you a good base to work from.

Great video and info!! I am curious if you put the car in diagnostic mode(pedal dance)? The service manual states to only Dyno in this mode. The car could have better numbers if it was not.

That has no effect on power unless you notice the traction control light turning on the dyno, it's probably more of a safety thing to keep the brake force distribution kicking in when it's on the rollers or something.

Indeed! I do it for most of my cars actually.

Nope. I turned traction control off, did not know about the pedal dance note.

The gains from the upgrades are the most important number I am interested in.

Hooray for drivetrain loss :|

Although it's not all that bad with this car, that is less than 15% loss from the crank back.
