Thermal R&D Exhaust?

Has anyone had experience with running this exhaust. From research on the brand, it appears they have a excellent reputation making exhausts for other "tuner" vehicles. I believe they are a U.S. based company (CA). Specs show 2.5 diameter piping, t304 piping and tips, 4.5 angle cut tips and a hemlotz resonator. To top it off this exhaust is running for about $500. Im seriously thinking about purchasing this (and at least being the "test dummy"). However if anyone has experience with this exhaust, especially the brz/frs platform, please help a brother out with some feedback. Happy New Years!

Welcome, subi8612stpr and HNY to you............

Does your car have an aftermarket header?

If so, it "looks" like that system would tone it down, giving a nice sound.

If your car does't have a header, it "looks" like that system may tone it down too much ...... making it close to stock.

You might contact them to see iof they have a audio you could listen to.

Nope, I don't have any first hand experience with that exhaust.

I don't have any experience with their exhaust for the twins. However, I do know a few people who have used their exhaust on other cars (Honda's mainly) and they had no complaints. They looked like quality parts and had a good sound.

If you do decide to purchase this, write a review and let us all know what you think.

Thank you both for the help. Yeah it doesn't seem if anyone has any experience with this exhaust on he 86 platform. However all reviews I have read for other platform have been really positive. And yes considering the 2.5 piping and the resonantor Imagine it is on the quiet side, which is what I'm looking for because I will going uel headers and aftermarket front pipe. I think I will be getting this very soon, so I will post a review as soon as j do.
