quick audio question not related to frs
 

Hi I'm trying to hook up a sub system in my friend truck and Iv hooked it up right but it doesn't work.

When I hook a volt meter up I get 12 volts from the power and remote wire when the truck is off but when the truck is running I had 5 volts.

I have a pioneer head unit and a sound ordnance sub amp combo.

Iv want though every setting on the head unit but can't get the subs to work.

Ask any questions you want to help me get to the bottom of this problem.

The sub amp model is B-8pts and the head unit is deh-x2800ui

Nm I got it fixed, bad ground.
