Please identify these rear spats?

I feel these would flow very nicely with my c west rather then the c west rear i just sold.

FRP. Which people will say is the same as Fiberglass, but it's slightly more flexible.

People will say it because it is true.

FRP = Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic

They're made the same way that boats or other fiberglass or carbon fiber parts are, with the same materials.
