Coated or Wrapped Headers Resale

I recently received my own headers and was planning on doing a proper wrapping job on them. To battle any kind of wear issues I planned on also using the high temperature silicone coating both on the bare metal and on top of the wrapping for protection.
If I were to drop them on the classifieds here, would that severely deplete their value to most of you here? Granted I could remove the wrapping, but the coating would still remain. I have seen professional ceramic coated headers sell at a premium, but that is a totally different story.
Its kind of an odd thought so far in advance, but hey what the heck.

Those that search classifieds of used stuff usually are hunting for cheap prices. Price is made up not just by supply but also by demand after all. Also after few years and from mounting/unmounting very probably coating won't look 100% good/new, with scratches here and there. I doubt you'll get lot of premium above average used headers price.

I don't see why it would, if they're uel headers at a right price as they are on the classified i.e. less than $600 they get picked up quickly regardless, and honestly having them coated and wrapped wouldn't make much difference as long as they are in fully working order and no issues when they were on your car and properly wrapped
