The toys you grew up with here: http://www.skooldays.com/blog/toys-in-the-80s/ and scroll down to bottom for a list. Or go to your decade

I miss my Green Machine and Big Wheel and Huffy BMX (chain guard, all reflectors were removed immediately. notice no front brake.)

Dude you had way cooler toys. My family was poor when I was young, I got to play with dirt and sticks and if I was a good boy rocks hahahaha!!

On a more serious note, has anyone else noticed how badass some of the new toys for kids these days are??

KR-S 12-11-2015 09:45 AM

Toys of my youth? Easy.

Both eyes survived nicely from the age 7 on up.
The B-17 model pictured above did not fare so well though and was shot down by multiple BB hits by age 10.

We will know exactly how old people are based solely upon the amount of plastic involved in their toys!

I now regret my little joke!

Can we please have a nice fun little thread that doesn't turn into a shitstorm?
Just this once?
Please.

Hum, well back to the topic... This was my first real toyAttachment 126981

This one is in showroom condition, mine had a blown engine and wherever I went a plume of white smoke followed me.

Others had GI Joes but I loved my Action Man !
Too bad those rubbery fingers broke off in no time and I pretty much mutilated all of them.

I'm quite young compared to some of you guys, but...

Banjo Kazooie is where my childhood is. I remember spending countless hours with my dad on this game for the Nintendo 64. It one of the only things we ever bonded over.

I still have the old console and the game today, and I will play it from time to time. Brings back the memories every time I play it:)
