The website is hard to navigate on my phone, and under competitive discounts, it looks like they're listing an OFT for $399. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please

Dam Canadian dollar keeps dropping . debating on buying used but how reliable are they used and do I have too update the software it's risky buying used at going rate 550 cNd .What r you guys thoughts used .
