OFT Dollars?
Concerning OpenFlash Performance, what exactly are OFT Dollars?
When I purchased my OFT, I saw that OFT Dollars are included. Just not sure what they are or how they are used. Any feedback would be helpful. - Thanks Guys! |
It's just their way of giving you a discount on your next purchase with them. (Open Flash Header, OFT300 kit, etc.)

So it is a discount. Not like a digital voucher or something of the sorts? |
Because the website has discounts for OFT customers, but also has OFT Dollars. So I am not sure of the difference between the two.

This Forum is incredibly helpful. No rude or immature people like in a lot of other forums. Its a good group of helpful ft86 enthusiasts.

You're absolutely right! If it were any different, I would bail. The only thing you might catch grief from is not searching before posting. :search: There is a wealth of info here (I've learned a ton), although some threads are REALLY long but certainly worth the read...for the most part. By the way, Welcome to the forum, get out your wallet and prepare to mod! :burnrubber:

OFT Dollars is basically the amount of $ you pay for another product if you purchased their OFT.
i.e if you purchased their OFT and you wanted to purchase their Perrin CAI afterwards, you would only be paying $278 instead of $338 |
One thing I've always wondered, can you use OFT dollars towards an E-tune? I bought mine off someone from the forums, but just curious if that's possible. OP, it might be worth using on that if you got 'em.
