Painted badges NO

Bought used FRS previous owner painted the badges and I need to clean them off. Idiot just used latex over top of them so it didn't stick. I've got most it off scion badges but I want to get it all off. What do I use to reapply the badges. I like subtle not ricer. Defacing this car takes away from it doesn't add to it

Thanks

Just use the really heavy 3M tape to reinstall. They will be there forever.

Depends how it's done. I used factory mixed paint and a clear over my badges, I just don't like the look of chrome. Latex is just stupid to use.

I'd be surprised if the previous owner used latex. It's probably plastidip.

Jawn whatever he used, its easily peeled off by mt wifes nails. Not mine so much because I play guitar. You can put some Goo Gone on it and take a soft rag comes right off but they need to come off to get them clean

Also the car is Pearl White and the badges are red

Sounds like plastidip.

Maybe nail polish remover?

I used 3M thin double side tape.

Its just plastidip, a rubber based peelable paint. The paint should peel off like vinyl.
The previous owner probably likes the color red...

Nail polish and clear coat

;)

Power washer at self wash

it's just plastidip, peel it off, it leaves no residue and there's no reason to use any sort of product to remove it.

I peeled all that krap off the scion badges, but left it on the 86 and FRS badges because It looked kind of cool there. The black one with gold badges looks better than white with red. Black gold looks kinda exotic
