Rear Coilover and Lower Control Arm Replacement

OK guys, after reading and searching, and watching YouTube videos, I'm a little confused, and still lack some info.

I'm going to replace the rear shocks with Tein coilovers, and replace the lower control arms at the same time. I found the DIY guide on how to replace the coilovers. No problem there. Can't find one for the LCAs on this site that will give me the torque values for the other three nuts/bolts. Could some please tell me what those torque values are, or point me to the DIY, or point me to where I can find that info? Replacing the LCAs themselves looks pretty easy. I just need to know the torque values so that I can put it all back together.

Next - when I torque down these four nuts/bolts on the LCAs, does it have to be with the suspension loaded?

Don't know the torque values, but yes, the lca should be loaded while tightening. I'd say do them up to a point where you're comfortable with them, then when you get your alignment done, ask the techs to do a once over for your lca bolts.

Thanks.

I found the torque values - 59ft.lbs for the 3 big ones, and 28ft.lbs for the end link.

having a small jack would also be helpful when replacing the LCA's. when I changed mine out, the LCA connection point to the hub was a bit tight so I used a jack to line it up. I would recommend unbolting from the outside to inside when taking off the LCA and going from the inside to outside when putting on the LCA.
